Evan Schoombie presents George Performing Arts Studio Student Concert

Thirty out of the fourty students from the George Performing Arts Studio will be performing for the George public at 19:30 on the 17th of May at the George Arts Theatre.

This concert promises to have something for everyone.  With the ages of the students ranging between 8 to 70 years, the music presented will range from highly contemporary to highly classical.

The well-known and well-loved Evan Schoombie and Elisabeth Potgieter (the Studio’s instructors) will also be performing. Accompaniment will be provided by the brilliant Drini Malan-Botha as well as Elisabeth Potgieter.

The second half of the programme boasts a guest appearance by wonderfully unique performer, Stéphanie Messina, with guitar and bass guitar accompaniment.

The audience is then invited to a light buffet in the Rose Room after the concert.

Tickets can be bought at the Arts Theatre or George Performing Arts Studio
(044-874 1181), at prices as low as R50 for adults, R40 for pensioners and R30 for learners, this is one concert you cannot afford to miss.  Booking is essential and only limited tickets are available, so book yours now!
